Who We Are

AltaGas Utility Group is a key player in the Canadian natural gas distribution marketplace. We currently invest in natural gas distribution companies that offer growth and stable, long-term returns on investment. Utility Group holds interests in:

> AltaGas Utilities Inc. - 100 percent ownership
> Heritage Gas Limited - 100 percent ownership
> Inuvik Gas Ltd. - 33.33 percent ownership

These regulated utility companies represent a stable, long-term business model with a diverse customer and rate base and significant growth opportunities.

Utility Group also owns and operates natural gas production and processing facilities that deliver and sell natural gas to end users. Utility Group holds an interest in: Ikhil Joint Venture - 33.33 percent ownership
